Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed at Office-Lighting.store, a brand of Lumexa Lighting B.V.

1. Applicability

These conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via Office-Lighting.store. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

2. Company details

Office-Lighting.store is a brand of Lumexa Lighting B.V., located at Huisbergenweg 11, 5249 JR Rosmalen (KvK 98324497, BTW NL868446944B01). You can reach us via info@office-lighting.store and 085 060 3632.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro. For consumers, prices are shown including VAT; for business accounts, prices may be exclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are visible in advance. We reserve the right to change prices and correct obvious errors.

4. Orders and agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as we have confirmed your order. We may refuse an order or request additional information, for example, for business orders on account.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the offered payment methods. For approved business accounts, payment on account is possible with a term of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

We aim to ship stock items within 1 to 3 working days. Stated delivery times are indicative. More information can be found on our shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can read the full policy on our returns page.

8. Warranty

Our products come with the statutory warranty and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty. In case of a defect, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law. Luminaires must be installed by a certified installer, in accordance with applicable standards.
