What does UGR mean and why is UGR below 19 important?
UGR stands for Unified Glare Rating and indicates the degree of glare. For offices and VDU workstations, a value below 19 is recommended. This prevents light nuisance, reduces fatigue, and contributes to concentration in the workplace. Many of our panels and luminaires comply with this standard.
Which colour temperature should I choose for the office?
For offices, 4000K (neutral white) is most commonly used because it promotes concentration and alertness. 3000K (warm white) creates a cozier atmosphere and works well in reception areas and meeting rooms. Many of our luminaires have adjustable colour temperature (CCT), allowing you to choose per room.
What is the difference between DALI and Casambi?
DALI is a wired protocol for dimming and controlling lighting, ideal for larger and fixed installations. Casambi works wirelessly via Bluetooth and can be flexibly expanded without additional wiring. Both allow precise control of light intensity and colour temperature. In our Control category, you will find both solutions.
What size LED panel do I need?
The most common size is 60x60 cm, the standard for system ceilings and an ideal replacement for a 4x18W fluorescent fixture. For corridors and longer spaces, 120x30 cm is suitable. We offer panels in various sizes, from compact 30x30 cm to linear models of 150 cm. You can easily filter by size in our Ceiling and panels category.
Ordering and delivery
Can I order on account for business?
Yes. For approved business accounts, ordering on account is possible, with a payment term of 30 days. For projects and larger quantities, we offer competitive volume discounts. Please contact us to apply for a business account.
What is the delivery time?
Most items are available from stock and are shipped within 1 to 3 working days. For project orders, we will agree on the delivery time with you in advance. You will automatically receive a track and trace as soon as your package is on its way.
Do I get project advice or a lighting calculation?
Absolutely. Our specialists provide a non-binding lighting calculation and advise you on the right lighting for each space. Please contact us with the floor plan or details of your space, and we will get to work for you.
Can I return items?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. On our returns page, you can read exactly how returns and refunds are processed.
